Tharisa is pleased to announce that following participation at the BMO Global Metals and Mining
Conference CEO, Phoevos Pouroulis, will be hosting a live interactive presentation via the Investor Meet

In view of the significant increase in demand for the metals required for reducing global emissions,
with Platinum Group Metals (“PGMs”, which include platinum, palladium and rhodium metals) playing
a key role, the interactive presentation will provide investors with an opportunity to speak to the
management of one of the largest producers of PGMs globally.
