CHANGES TO THE BOARD

Metair shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement published on SENS on
10 November 2020 wherein Shareholders were advised that, inter alia, the Board has resolved to
appoint Mr Sjoerd Douwenga, the Company’s chief financial officer, to act in a dual and
secondary role as the interim CEO of Metair during the period of 1 January 2021 to 31 January
2021 (“Interim Period”), subject to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) granting a dispensation to allow
Mr Douwenga to assume such a dual role during the Interim Period.

Shareholders are hereby asvised that the JSE has granted the abovementioned dispensation.
