Shareholders are advised that the integrated report containing the audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 July 2020 (on which the auditors expressed an unmodified audit opinion with a material
uncertainty relating to going concern), has been published and is available on the Company’s website at:

A notice of annual general meeting of the Company will be posted separately in due course.

Shareholders are further advised that the Company’s Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment annual
compliance report for the year ended 31 July 2020 is currently being verified and a further announcement in
respect of the publication thereof will be released in due course.
