DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE NPN  SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
NASPERS LIMITED (NPN) shares, the holders of NPNSTA share instalments will
receive a NASPERS LIMITED (NPN) dividend per Instalment.
