CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Louis Norval, who is due to retire by rotation at Hyprop’s 2020 annual general
meeting, has informed the board of directors (“the board”) that he does not intend to offer himself for re-
election at that meeting, but will remain as a non-executive director until the annual general meeting.

The board wishes to thank Louis for his considerable contribution to Hyprop over the years and wishes him
all the best in his future endeavours.
