Appointment of a Non-Executive Director

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised of the appointment of Prof Michael “Mike” Sathekge as a Non-Executive Director of the Company
and Risk & Sustainability Committee, with effect from 25 August 2020.

Chairman, Mr Lindsay Ralphs commented: “I wish to express my sincere appreciation to Prof Sathekge for
agreeing to join our Board. Notwithstanding the uncertainty brought by Covid-19, Prof Sathekge joins the Board at a
very exciting time. I have no doubt that the Company will benefit from his insight and considerable experience. I look
forward to his contribution to the future success of the Company.”


Abridged curriculum vitae

Prof Michael Sathekge is a Professor and Head of Department of Nuclear Medicine at the University of
Pretoria and Steve Biko Academic Hospital. He is one of the Editors in Chief of the Seminars of Nuclear
Medicine Journal, an Editor for the Image of the Month for European Journal of Nuclear Medicine and
Molecular Imaging, and an associate Editor of The World Journal of Nuclear Medicine. Prof Sathekge is
also a Chairman and Director of Nuclear Medicine Research Infrastructure.

He is President-Elect of the World Association of Radiopharmaceuticals and Molecular Therapy. His past
experience includes being a former Chairman of the Medical Research Council Board. Prof Sathekge is a
former President of the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa, former President of International Society of
Radiolabeled Blood Elements, and former Chairman of Technical & Investment Committee: Board of
Nuclear Technology Products.

The Board wishes Prof Sathekge well in his new role.
