THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS

Shareholders of Adcock Ingram are advised that the Company is expecting to publish its annual
financial results for the year ended 30 June 2020, on Wednesday, 26 August 2020.

Accordingly, shareholders are invited to attend a conference call which will be hosted by Mr Andy Hall,
Chief Executive Officer and Ms Dorette Neethling, Chief Financial Officer, at 11:00 on Wednesday, 26
August 2020.
