CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In terms of paragraph 6.71 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited
("Listing Requirements"), shareholders are hereby advised that Mholi Goodman
Thulani Shandu (37) ("Mr Shandu") has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director and a member of the Company's Risk, Nominations and
Remuneration Committees, with effect from 01 April 2026.

Mr Shandu is an executive director of Seermont Investment Company (Pty) Ltd
and the managing director of Palucron Financial Services (Pty) Ltd. He is
also a non-executive director of Monarch Insurance Company Limited
("Monarch"), the Group's insurance subsidiary company. Mr. Shandu was
previously the managing director of the Workers Life Assurance Company
Limited and an executive director of Workers Life Insurance Limited. Mr
Shandu has extensive experience in the insurance industry and gained
knowledge of the Group's business through his tenure as director of Monarch.

In terms of paragraph 6.73 of the Listing Requirements, the board of directors
have undertaken a fit and proper assessment of Mr Shandu and are satisfied
with the outcome thereof.
