CHANGES TO THE BOARD COMMITTEES COMPOSITION

In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Requirements, shareholders are advised
of the following changes to the Remuneration and Nominations ("Remcom") and Social
and Ethics ("SEC") Committees with effect from 23 February 2026:

Remcom
Ms Karen Classen has been appointed as a member of the Remcom.

SEC
Mr Stephen Enderle has been appointed as a member of the SEC.
