DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY ASSOCIATES OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on 30 May 2024
in respect of compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited ("JSE") which disclosed certain option arrangements entered into between
Afropulse Group Proprietary Limited (an associate of Phumzile Langeni) and Sabvest
Investments Proprietary Limited (an associate of Christopher Stefan Seabrooke) and are
hereby advised that such option arrangements have been discharged in a manner which
will no longer result in the dealing of securities, as a result no put or call rights exist any
longer between the parties relating to the shares.
