LISTING OF THE SATRIX MSCI JAPAN FEEDER ETF ("THE PORTFOLIO")

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 17 February 2026 regarding the results
of the Initial Public Offering for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby
announce the listing of the portfolio on 19 February 2026.

Issued securities and listing

The Satrix MSCI Japan ETF will issue 409 273 (Four hundred and Nine thousand Two hundred and
Seventy Three) securities to list on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main board of the JSE
Limited, at an issue price of approximately R40.45 per security, to commence trading on Thursday, 19
February 2026. cents).

For every one Letter of Allocation ("LA") held, an investor will receive 0.02472 STXJPN shares.
