Greencoat Renewables PLC – Notice of Annual General Meeting
Dublin, London, Johannesburg, 7 April 2026 | Greencoat Renewables PLC ("Greencoat
Renewables" or the "Company"), announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will
be held at Davy House, 49 Dawson Street, Dublin, D02 PY05, Ireland at 9.30 a.m. on 7 May
2026.
For shareholders whose name appears on the register of members of the Company at the
relevant record date, proxy votes can be submitted in advance of the AGM by availing of one
of the options set out in the notice of the AGM, being:
• by post to the Registrars of the Company, Computershare Investor Services (Ireland)
Limited, 3100 Lake Drive, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, D24 AK82, Ireland, so
as to be received in any case no later than 48 hours before the time appointed for the
AGM;
• electronically by accessing www.eproxyappointment.com; or
• by Euroclear Nominees Limited in respect of the shares registered in its name as
nominee for Euroclear Bank SA/NV ("Euroclear Bank"), through the use of a secured
mechanism to exchange electronic messages as agreed by the Company with
Euroclear Bank.
Persons who hold their interests in ordinary shares as Belgian law rights through the Euroclear
system or as CDIs through the CREST system, should consult with their stockbroker or other
intermediary at the earliest opportunity for further information.
For voting services offered by custodians holding Irish corporate securities directly with
Euroclear Bank, please contact your custodian.
An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM is available on the Company's website
www.greencoat-renewables.com.
A copy of the Notice and Form of Proxy can be inspected at the National Storage Mechanism
website at https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-
disclosures/national-storage-mechanism.
Shareholders holding through the Euroclear System or (via a holding of CDIs) CREST system,
including JSE Shareholders, should consult with their stockbroker or other intermediary
(including for JSE Shareholders, their CSDP or broker) at the earliest opportunity for further
information on the processes and timelines for submitting proxy votes for the AGM through
the respective systems or for allowing them to attend (or to appoint a third party to attend
on their behalf) and vote at the AGM.
The Company has listings on the Alternative Investment Market of the LSE and the Euronext
Growth Market of Euronext Dublin and a secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the
JSE.
