In accordance with recent amendments to the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that, effective from tomorrow, 30 June 2020, UBS South Africa Proprietary
Limited (“UBS South Africa”) has been appointed as the joint independent JSE sponsor to PSG
Konsult.

PSG Capital continues to act as JSE sponsor to PSG Konsult.
