CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are advised that Mpeo Nkuna will be stepping down as Company Secretary with effect from 30 September
2025.

Anisha Naidoo Umichand, currently iOCO's Group Legal Executive has been appointed as the Company Secretary with
effect from 1 October 2025. Anisha will continue in her capacity as iOCO's General Counsel while assuming the
responsibilities of Company Secretary.

Anisha (LLB) is an admitted attorney with over 18 years of experience in the legal profession, spanning corporate and
commercial law as well as corporate governance and a company secretarial role. The board is satisfied that Anisha has
the requisite knowledge and experience to fulfil the role of Company Secretary of the group.

The board thanks Mpeo for her contribution to the group over the past few years and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
