INVESTEC BANK (MAURITIUS) LIMITED NOTIFICATION OF FUTURE BOARD CHANGE

IBM announces, in accordance with Section 6.42 of the Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, the following future change to the Board of IBM:

The Board of Investec Bank (Mauritius) Limited advises that Vanessa Olver, a non-executive Director of
IBM, has notified the IBM Board of her intention to assume an executive role outside of the group at the
beginning of 2027. Vanessa currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee, a member of various Board
committees in the Bank and an invitee to the Risk Management Committee of the Bank.

Vanessa will remain a director of the IBM Board and will continue to discharge her responsibilities as a
member of the IBM Board and its committees pending her resignation from the IBM Board prior to assuming
the executive role.

The effective date of Vanessa's resignation from the IBM Board will be confirmed in due course. The IBM
Board has initiated succession planning processes in anticipation of her departure and further
announcements will be made regarding the associated Board and Committee appointments.

The IBM Board express their appreciation for Vanessa's significant contribution to the Bank and strategic
oversight and look forward to continuing to benefit from her service until her departure from the IBM Board.
