RECEIPT OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT AND UPDATE TO THE NET ASSET VALUE

Holders of the FDETNC and FDETNQ exchange-traded notes (ETNs) are advised that on Friday, 01
March 2024, Ford Motor Company paid a dividend of $0.15 per share and a special dividend of $0.18
per share. As per published guidance, these dividends were synthetically reinvested, net of all taxes,
charges and fees, for the ETNs at the US closing price on Friday, 01 March 2024. The result of the
synthetic dividends reinvestment is to increase the fractional number of shares each ETN references
and no distribution or payment will be made.
