("SEC") in accordance with its SEC disclosure and reporting obligations as a resource extraction issuer.
AngloGold Ashanti has disclosed, as required by the relevant SEC rule, certain payments made by it during
the financial year ended 31 December 2024 to governments for the purpose of the commercial development
