Holders of the LLETNC and LLETNQ exchange-traded notes (ETNs) are advised that on Monday, 10
June 2024, Eli Lilly and Company paid a dividend of $1.30 per share. As per published guidance, these
dividends were synthetically reinvested, net of all taxes, charges and fees, for the ETNs at the US
closing price on Monday, 10 June 2024. The result of the synthetic dividends reinvestment is to increase
the fractional number of shares each ETN references and no distribution or payment will be made.
