Executive Management Changes
DRA Global Limited (DRA or the Company) advises that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr Michael
Sucher, has decided to step down from the role of Chief Financial Officer to pursue other opportunities.
Mr Sucher joined DRA Global in December 2021 and was CFO and a member of the Executive Committee
from May 2022. Wiehann Joubert is appointed as Acting CFO while the Company commences a recruitment
process to appoint a new CFO. Mr Sucher will support an effective and orderly transition with the Acting
CFO over the next 6 weeks. Wiehann is currently the General Manager – Management Reporting &
Business Partnering and based in Johannesburg. Wiehann has been with the Company for over 5 years
and has worked closely with Mr Sucher during his time with DRA.
DRA also advises that Mr Andrew Bickley will leave the Company with immediate effect as a result of the
decision to outsource company secretarial activities for the Company. Mr Tony Bevan has been appointed
by the Board as Company Secretary with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Mr Bickley for his contribution to the Company and wishes him the best in his future
endeavours.

its financial position.

Mr Bevan is a Chartered Accountant and professional Company Secretary. He is currently the Company
Secretary of two ASX listed mining and exploration companies, one of which is jointly listed on the ASX,
JSE and AIM. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a Fellow
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company
Directors.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Bevan has been appointed as the person responsible for
communication between the Company and the Australian Securities Exchange.
