APPOINTMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Dr Elizabeth Botha ("Liesbeth") has been appointed as an independent non-executive director,
with effect from 18 March 2024.

Liesbeth serves on the board of The Spar Group Limited and previously served as the Chief Digital
Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Africa. Preceding that, she was an Executive Director at the
Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), an Executive Director of Innovation and
Commercialisation at the University of Stellenbosch, served as a non-executive director of Venfin
Limited and was a Council Member of the University of Pretoria. She completed her master's in
Electronic Engineering at the University of Pretoria before receiving her PhD in Electrical & Computer
Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, with specialisation in Artificial Intelligence
("AI"), Robotics, Data analytics and Pattern recognition.

In addition to Liesbeth's vast experience, her skill set will be valuable as we transition into an AI
enabled company.
