Shareholders and bondholders are advised that Octodec will be holding a pre-close webinar on Wednesday, 21 February
2024 at 14h00 (SAST) hosted by Anchor Stockbrokers, during which its Managing and Financial Directors, Jeffrey
Wapnick and Anabel Vieira, respectively, Charlene Conradie, Chief Operating Officer and Linda Chabula, Head of
Leasing, employed by City Property Administration (Pty) Ltd, the property and asset manager of Octodec, will discuss
the company's business activities prior to the close of the six-month interim period ending 29 February 2024.
