Nictus shareholders are advised that for the six months ended 30 September 2023, the Group expects to report: - earnings per share of between 6.86 cents and 7.00 cents, compared to a loss per share of 0.71 cents for the six months ended 30 September 2022 ("Previous Corresponding Period")*; and - headline earnings per share of between 6.86 cents and 7.02 cents, compared to headline loss per share of 0.82 cents for the Previous Corresponding Period*. * Restated for the initial application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 17: Insurance Contracts.
