DIVIDEND GUIDANCE FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2022

Octodec uses distribution per share as its relevant measurement of financial results. Although the
company anticipates that distributable income per share for the six months ended 28 February 2022 will
not differ by more than 15% from that of the previous corresponding period, the board of directors of
Octodec is anticipating the declaration of an interim dividend of 50.0 cents per share (28 February 2021:
nil cents per share).

The Group expects its interim results to 28 February 2022 to be released on SENS on 10 May 2022.

The financial information contained in this dividend guidance has not been reviewed or reported on by
the company's auditors.
