CORRECTION TO DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTOR

Shareholders are referred to a SENS announcement released by Stor-Age on 10 September 2021,
relating to dealings in securities by a director and are advised that the nature of transactions was
incorrectly described therein as “on-market sale of shares”. The dealings were on-market
acquisitions of shares. Stor-Age regrets any inconvenience caused as a result of the inadvertent
error.
