Retirement and appointment of company secretary

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised of the pending retirement of Ms Sandi Linford, Vodacom Group Company Secretary,
with effect from 31 July 2022.

The board of Vodacom wishes to thank Sandi for her valuable contribution during her 14 years
as company secretary and wishes her well for the future.

Ms Karen Robinson (LLM FCG) will be appointed as Vodacom Group Company Secretary
with effect from 1 August 2022. Karen is currently the Vodacom SA company secretary.
