Capital & Regional, the convenience and community focused shopping centre REIT, will announce its
results for the year ended 30 December 2021 on Tuesday, 8 March 2022.

An in-person presentation for analysts and investors will be held at 9.30 a.m. UK time on the day, with a
webcast and conference call also available.
