RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on
30 July 2021 in relation to the the revenue recognition policy is being developed in
accordance with IFRS. Once this is finalised, the updated management accounts will
be provided to Visual.

Pending the notification of the profit and net assets attributable to the Acquisition, as
noted above, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing
in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
