Certificateholders of UBS Long/Short Certificates on Naspers Limited (Long)
vs. Tencent Holdings Limited (Short); and Naspers Limited (Long)vs Tencent
Holdings Limited (Short) are hereby advised of an Adjustment Event that
supersedes the Final Terms dated 27 August 2020 and 26 March 2021
respectively.

The purpose of this Amended and Restated Final Terms relating to Alpha Code
UBNPNV, ISIN ZAE000290169 (series 93) is to amend the issue price from 709.22
to 817.57, the long initial level from 3030.00 to 2400.58, the short shares
from 2.762432 to 2.863503, the short initial level from 1137.94 to 838.34,
and the equity valuation date from 26 August 2021 to 08 September 2021.

For Alpha code UBNPNY, ISIN ZAE000297339 (series 97), amendments are made
to the issue price from 925.12 to 808.66, the long reference share from
Naspers Limited to Prosus NV, the long initial level from 3396.14 to 1226.97,
short shares from 2.790668 to 1.463577, short initial level from 1216.96 to
838.34 and the equity valuation date from 26 August 2021 to 08 September
2021.

This listing is issued under the JSE Placement Document for the Issuance of
South African Securities up to an authorised amount of ZAR 14 000 000 000.

The Amended and Restated Final Terms will take effect from Wednesday 25
August 2021.
