(“the Company”)


In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the
financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by at least 20% from those of
the previous corresponding period.

Shareholders are advised that the Company expects the following to be reported for the six
months’ period ended 31st March 2021 (“Interim results”):

- headline earnings and earnings per share to be between US$ 7.86 cents and US$ 6.34
  cents compared to restated headline loss per share and loss per share of US$ (15.4) cents
  for the comparative period ended 31st March 2020.

The earnings and headline earnings per share for 2020 have been restated to exclude
discontinued operations.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by the Company’s auditors.

The 2021 Interim results are expected to be published on or about 30th June 2021.
