The Company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at Century House, 16 Par-La-Ville Road,
Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda, U.S., at 1:00 p.m. (local time) and 6pm (SA time) on Wednesday, May 26, 2021.
The JSE record date for determining the shareholders of record entitled to notice of the 2021 Annual Meeting is Friday,
April 16, 2021. The JSE record date for determining the shareholders of record entitled to vote at the 2021 Annual Meeting
is Friday, May 21, 2021 and accordingly the last day to trade is Tuesday, May 18, 2021.

Textainer has operated since 1979 and is one of the world's largest lessors of intermodal containers with approximately
3.8 million TEU in our owned and managed fleet. We lease containers to approximately 250 customers, including all of
the world's leading international shipping lines, and other lessees. Our fleet consists of standard dry freight, refrigerated
