(Long) vs. Tencent Holdings Limited (Short) are hereby advised of an
Adjustment Event that supersedes the Final Terms dated 27 August 2020.

The purpose of this Amended and Restated Final Terms relating to Alpha
Code UBNPNV (Series 93) is to amend the Cash Component from 899.35 to
799.35; and the Issue Price from 809.22 to 709.22.

This listing is issued under the JSE Placement Document for the Issuance
of South African Securities up to an authorised amount of ZAR 14 000 000
000. Trading will commence on Wednesday, 2 September 2020.
