Notification to Noteholders following Observation Date outcome on 27 March
2026 for UBS Autocallable Note linked to the LUXS1E and the EU30MPE Index
(the "Notes").

Further to the announcement published on 13 March 2026, UBS AG, as Issuer of
the abovementioned Note hereby notifies noteholders that conditions for early
exercise were not met.

On Friday, 27 March 2026 (Early Termination Observation Date), UBS AG
confirms that the Index Closing Level of one of the underlyings was below
the respective Contingent Coupon Level. Consequently, the conditions for
early exercise and Early Termination Event were not met. Therefore, no Coupon
Amount will be paid, and the note will roll to the next scheduled Observation
Date in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Note.
