TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL AND ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES

   1) In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Act"),
      regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 6.54 of
      the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Transpaco has
      received notification from Letsema Stratergy Services Pty Ltd (“Letsema”) of the
      disposal by Letsema of Transpaco shares such that Letsema’s total beneficial interest
      is now 0.00% of Transpaco´s total issued ordinary shares.
   2) In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Act, regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies
      Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 6.54 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
      shareholders are advised that Transpaco has received notification from Caxton & CTP
      Publishers & Printers Ltd (“CTP”) of the acquisition by CTP of Transpaco shares such
      that CTP’s total beneficial interest is now 8.0070% of Transpaco´s total issued ordinary
      shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, Transpaco has filed the required notices
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
