FTSE/JSE notes the announcement made by Glencore (GLN, JE00B4T3BW64) on 18 February 2026, recommending an
aggregate distribution of US$0.17 per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The distribution
will be made in two equal tranches of $0.085 payable in the first six months of the 2026 financial year (H1) and the
second six months of the 2026 financial year (H2). Included in the payment is a top-up cash distribution of US$0.07 per
share for the 2025 financial year.

This notice serves to confirm that the top-up cash distribution of US$0.07 will be treated as a special dividend in the
FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series. The US$0.10 portion will be treated as an ordinary cash dividend in accordance with the
Informative Notice published in 2024.
