SEGREGATED ASSET BACKED NOTE PROGRAMME

On 11 February 2026, South African Securitisation Programme (RF) Limited requested
Noteholder approval in relation to the amendment of the Final Maturity Date of the
relevant Class A, Class B and Class C Notes issued under Series 3.
