NOTIFICATION OF DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND
ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026

Shareholders are hereby advised that Cilo Cybin will not be in a position to publish its audited annual financial
statements and annual report for the year ended 31 March 2026 ("Results") by Friday, 28 August 2026 as
communicated in the announcement released on SENS on 12 August 2026.

The delay has arisen primarily as a result of the complexity associated with the accounting treatment and disclosure
requirements relating to the reverse listing transaction completed during the financial year. The preparation and audit
of the annual financial statements have required extensive technical accounting analysis and additional audit
procedures to ensure that the transaction is appropriately reflected in accordance with the applicable financial reporting
standards.

The Board wishes to assure shareholders that the delay is administrative and technical in nature and is not the result
of any material issues identified in relation to the Company's financial position.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the Results are now expected to be released on SENS on or before
10 September 2026.
