TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 6.54 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Redefine has received notification from Ninety One SA Proprietary Limited
("Ninety One") of the acquisition by Ninety One of Redefine shares, such that Ninety One now holds
10.0554% of Redefine's issued share capital.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Redefine has filed the required notices with
the Takeover Regulation Panel.
