Partial Redemption of RWINC Securities

The JSE has approved the partial redemption of 300,000 RWINC securities with effect from today, at
an issue price of approximately R10.21 per security.


Following the redemption of the 300,000 securities, there will be 351,000 RWINC securities in issue.
