CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD COMMITTEES

In accordance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the
following changes to the board of directors and committees.

Resignation of non-executive director

Busisiwe Silwanyana has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company with
effect from 15 October 2026. She will step down as a member of the Audit, Governance and Risk
Committee (ARCO) and as chairperson of the Social and Ethics Committee (SECO) on this date.
The Board thanks Busi for her valuable contributions to the Company since her appointment in 2018.
and wishes her well in her future endeavors.

Appointment of independent non-executive directors

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Shirley Machaba and Zaida Adams as
independent non-executive directors of the Company with effect from 6 October 2026.

Shirley is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and Chartered Director (SA) with more than 35 years’
experience in audit, risk management, compliance and corporate governance across private and
public sectors. She served as Chief Executive Officer and Regional Senior Partner of PwC Southern
Africa from July 2019 to June 2026, following more than 20 years as a partner in PwC’s Assurance
Services practice and in senior leadership roles, including PwC South Africa board chair and PwC
Global board member.

She has extensive board and committee experience and has held senior leadership and governance
positions within the Institute of Internal Auditors and other professional and business organisations.

Zaida is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 25 years’ experience across finance,
investment and corporate leadership. She has held several senior executive roles, including Financial
Director of SA Corporate and Chief Financial Officer of Investec Property Fund (now Burstone Group).

She previously served as an independent non-executive director and Chair of the Audit and Risk
Committee of Liberty Two Degrees. She is currently Chief Financial Officer of Africa Cricket
Development (Pty) Ltd, the company responsible for SA20, South Africa’s premier domestic T20
cricket league. She also serves as an independent non-executive director of Dipula Income Fund,
where she chairs the Audit and Risk Committee and serves on two other committees.

The Board confirms that it conducted fit-and-proper assessments in respect of both appointments, as
contemplated in paragraph 6.73 of the JSE Listings Requirements, and is satisfied with the outcomes.

The Company further confirms that there is nothing to report regarding the integrity information
contemplated in paragraph 6.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements.

Board committee changes
    •   Shirley Machaba was appointed as a member of ARCO and SECO with effect from 6 October
        2026 and will become chairperson of SECO with effect from 15 October 2026.
    •   Zaida Adams was appointed as a member of ARCO and SECO with effect from 6 October
        2026.
    •   Michael Sikhakhane stepped down as a member of SECO with effect from 6 October 2026
        and will remain a standing invitee.

The Board welcomes Shirley and Zaida and looks forward to their contributions to the Company.
