King V Draft Open for Public Comment

The King Committee announced on 24 February 2025 that the King V Draft is now available for public
comment.

The Institute of Directors of South Africa ("IoDSA") invites comments on the King V Draft with
accompanying Glossary and Disclosure Template.

All comments must be submitted via the online form by close of business on 4 April 2025.

A virtual information session will be hosted by the IoDSA on Friday, 14 March 2025 at 09h00-11h30.
