Index Change Advice – SENS Announcement: 20260323 March 2026 Quarterly Review ICA UPDATED
FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series - Quarterly Review Updated
05 March 2026
All constituent, sector, free float and shares in issue changes will be applied after the close of business on Friday, 20
March 2026 and will be effective Monday, 23 March 2026.
Update 1: The Shares in Issue for Bytes Technology Grp plc (BYI) in the FTSE/JSE Small Cap
(J202) will change from 241,068,265 to 236,344,134.
Update 2: The Shares in Issue for Spear REIT Limited (SEA) in the FTSE/JSE All Property (J803)
and FTSE/JSE SA REIT (J805) will change from 414,886,976 to 430,572,543.
Update 3: The Shares in Issue for Hyprop Inv Ltd (HYP) in the FTSE/JSE Tradable Property (J800)
will change from 399,419,089 to 406,758,538.
Update 4: The Shares in Issue for Tiger Brands Ltd (TBS) in the FTSE/JSE Financial and Industrial
30 (J213) will change from 175,764,426 to 170,118,624.
The above updates are made to align with the Shares in Issue Changes table. All the other
changes remain the same.
