Dealings In Terms Of The Rbplat Share Schemes

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 26 April 2022 which
confirmed the official retirement of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief
Operating Officer, detailing the number of RBPlat scheme shares that vested. In
accordance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements (“the
Listings Requirements”), shareholders are advised of the share dealings in
respect of the vested RBPlat Bonus Share Plan (“BSP”) and the conditional
Forfeitable Share Plan (“FSP”).

The following off-market transactions in respect of the scheme shares for the
abovementioned executives are reported below.
