30 September 2025 on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited ("JSE") on Friday, 28 November 2025 and
available through the JSE cloudlink and on the Company's website at https://quantumfoods.co.za/pdf/2025/annual-
financial-statements-for-the-year-ended-30-september-2025.pdf, shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") are
advised that the Company's 2025 annual integrated report containing, inter alia, the additional information required in
terms of paragraph 8.62 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements ("Listings Requirements"), is available on the

AVAILABILITY OF THE B-BBEE REPORT

Shareholders are further advised that, in accordance with the Listings Requirements, the Company's latest
annual compliance report prepared pursuant to section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act,
