CHANGE TO DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Shareholders are advised, in accordance with the provisions of
paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements, of the following
changes to director responsibilities pertaining to the JSE Board
("Board").

Mr Ian Kirk
Mr Ian Kirk has been appointed as lead independent director,
effective 14 May 2026.

Mr Kirk assumes the role of lead independent director from Mr Ben
Kruger. As previously announced, Mr Kruger retires from the Board at
the JSE's annual general meeting to be held on Wednesday, 13 May
2026, having served as an independent non-executive director of the
JSE since June 2018.

In addition to his new role as lead independent director, Mr Kirk
will continue to chair the Group Risk Management Committee of the
Board and to serve on the Group Investment, Group Remuneration and
Group Nominations & Governance Committees.

Ms Thevendrie Brewer
Ms Thevendrie Brewer has been appointed as Chair of the Group
Investment Committee, effective 14 May 2026. Ms Brewer assumes this
role from Mr Ben Kruger.

In addition to her new role, Ms Brewer will continue to serve on the
Group Risk Management and Group Audit Committees of the Board.
