FINANCIAL COVENANT NOTIFICATION


Noteholders are advised that the financial covenant, applicable to the listed notes, requires that the loan to value ratio
("LTV ratio") does not exceed 50% for the Resilient Group.

Resilient confirms that the financial covenant testing for the six months ended 30 June 2026 has been completed and
has been successfully passed, with the LTV ratio measuring 36.4% as at 30 June 2026.
