CHANGE IN DEBT SPONSOR

In accordance with paragraph 2.6 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised of the termination of Sasfin Bank Limited as debt
sponsor to South African Securitisation Programme (RF) Limited, with effect from 17 June 2026.

Furthermore, noteholders are advised that Questco Proprietary Limited has been appointed as debt
sponsor to South African Securitisation Programme, with effect from 17 June 2026.

The termination follows the decision of South African Securitisation Programme to appoint a fully
independent debt sponsor.
