TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122(a) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008
("Companies Act"), regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations,
2011 and paragraph 6.54 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that the Company has received notification that Geomer Investments
(Pty) Ltd with registration number 1995/005532/07 has acquired a beneficial
interest in securities of the Company, such that the entire beneficial
interest of the securities held increased from 18.64% to 20.59% of the total
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

As required by section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Vunani has filed the
prescribed notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
