("the Company") announces today, in accordance with article 14, first paragraph of the Law of 2 May 2007, that it
received two transparency notifications from BlackRock, Inc.: one dated 6 March 2026 and one dated 11 March
2026, in accordance with articles 6 and 18 of the Law of 2 May 2007.
The percentage of voting rights attached to shares held by BlackRock, Inc. has first crossed upwards the threshold
of 3% (to 3.08%, with total voting rights reaching 3.14%) on 5 March 2026, as a result of acquisitions of voting
securities or voting rights in the Company. Then, the percentage of voting rights attached to shares held by
BlackRock, Inc. has crossed downwards the threshold of 3% (to 2.91%, with total voting rights reaching 3.01%) on
10 March 2026, as a result of disposals of voting securities or voting rights in the Company
