WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement and cautionary announcement dated 29 October
2025 regarding Lapon Plant (Pty) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sable entering into a
comprehensive Operator, Ore Supply and Processing Agreement on 26 October 2025 with Daemaneng
Minerals (Pty) Ltd ("Daemaneng") ("the Transaction").

The Company has consulted with the JSE regarding the outstanding financial information of the
Transaction. The Transaction is the provision of services by Daemaneng to exclusively operate the
Plant. As the Transaction is not the acquisition of a business, the value of the net assets and the profits
attributable to the net assets that are the subject of the Transaction, are nil.


Shareholders are advised to no longer exercise caution when dealing in Sable's shares.
