Notes") which are redeeming on 20 April 2026 are reminded that:

The holders of the Notes will instruct Standard Bank to pay the
redemption amount of the Notes to the holder of the Notes on
20 April 2026 ("the Maturity Date") to the account of the holder.

After payment of the Notes on 20 April 2026, the Notes (SBEN53)
will be de-listed from the JSE.
